Unprofessional park ranger that ruined our first camping trip on the east coast. Our company was great but our experience at Seven Points was very disappointing. This place caters to RV campers and turns a blind eye to the rules for RVs and completely ruins the experience of a family of 5 trying to enjoy a family tent camping trip with their children by demanding more money for an additional small one person tent for a 9 year old boy and not even willing to listen to our situation (40 year old dad has stage 4 cancer and trying to enjoy what could possibly be his last trip with them) and trying to give our son space from his two teen sisters. Ranger yelled at him in front of several other families at our campfire and interrupted a 5 year olds ghost story. Our children who were appalled at the way the ranger treated him. The least she could have done was ask to speak to him privately. Ultimately we took down the tent to comply while the RV across the way had neon strobe lights flashing ALL NIGHT LONG, about as hypocritical as you can get. The only good that came from our trip is our arguing 3 kids banded together in defense of their dad. This place is all about pride and money and customer satisfaction is not their priority.

Went there to camp expecting first come first served after Labor Day and found out when we got there that we had to make reservations and no one at office through the week! We went to Gift shop and got WiFi and the lady helped us find what was available had we known they still took reservations we could have saved the trouble and booked ahead and not had to move our RV but everything else was wonderful a great Week Love Seven Points at Raystown Lake
