We have always enjoyed our camping at Raystown Lake and are very upset about all the Govt shutdowns

(After Labor Day we pay our rent just like everyone else but we dont get the courtesy of having clean bathrooms.)Bathrooms were filthy, the drained were clogged and the rangers were notified but nothing was done. The sites set empty most of the time but we couldnt make reservations to extend our time there after traveling 1000 miles. Big disappointment poor system, set up. Good for weekend campers only. Walk in was so much better and was easier to meet up with friends. The changes has ruined a lot of our good times their..Not just for us but for many..The person who thought of this reservation system needs to be out of a job..(our opinion) We have been coming there since when the park opened in the late 70s and now we cant come and enjoy it. 1000 mi. For two weeks..Thats a joke. We and many others were able to spend many weeks in the fall there and we paid our bills..Your loosing money on this system you have to be..Just so sad to see this happen..

Site was perfect and showers were warm and clean. Nice to have the Allegrippis MTB trails close by!
