Very nice facility including the marina. Had a great time. Would be nice if the marina and campground check in/check out times coincided better.

Wonderful clean campsite and bathhouse. Access to the lake was a short walk further down the loop. I will definitely return to this campground.

We arrived at the park at 5:50PM. Check in was at 5PM. There was no attendant at the entrance so we forged ahead and set up camp. Seemed odd that the check-in area was only manned for a portion of one hour. We checked in the next morning and obtained our permit. The grounds are gorgeous! The quiet hours were not really enforced as there was a rowdy group near our site that carried on until well after 1AM. Not really a huge deal, as we can make room for people having fun and enjoying friends and family. Im making mention only to bring it to the attention of the park. The sites are well made and well maintained. The bathrooms were clean. Hot water was definitely not hot, more like warm, but at least the area was clean and maintained. Such a beautiful area! We look very forward to returning!

We spent 13 enjoyable days at Seven Points (SP) COE campground on Raystown Lake in south central Pennsylvania, an hour south of State College. There are 6 separate campgrounds at SP and we stayed in 3 of the 6 during our stay there. Each of the campgrounds featured electric hookups but no water or sewer. The dump station near the entry of SP provided potable water hookups to fill tanks and water was available at various points throughout each campground to fill water jugs. For the first 6 days we stayed in Point campground a large circular loop down close to the lake, our time between 2 different sites: 140 in the center the loop for 3 weekend nights and 114 on the outside of the loop up a hill from most waterfront sites for 3 weekday nights. SP was unique in our brief travels as campers were allowed to anchor their boats near their campsites on the water. Campers not on the waterfront were allowed to pass through waterfront sites to get to their boats docked nearby. In our observation, this created a sense of community access to all sites, allowing people to walk through sites, even in the middle of the campground away from the water. It was a bit disconcerting to have adults and kids pass through our site in the middle of the campground, but Im sure the weekend crowd exacerbated the situation. We moved to the more remote site for the last part of the first week. Point bathrooms up the hill at the entry to the loop were excellent, clean with multiple hot showers.

Site 114 - What a beautiful view! Site was level and spacious. Love the campfire and picnic area behind the camper. Gave us a feeling of privacy. Good distance from other sites so it was quiet which was exactly what we were looking for!
