Great place but the campsites are showing their age and signs of neglect. We were at site 126A in Point Camp. It's a grate site on the water but we have 2 complaints. The fire ring on this site is so decerped that I cant believe they haven't replaced it. the bottom is completely rusted out and the grate is bent and missing bars. Our biggest complaint is that the parking area smelled of urine. I mean bad! We were told that the people that were there before us had 3 dogs in a pen and they didn't take them out to pee. They just kept using the same spot and when they left all the other dogs walking by used the same spot. It was bad. We like dogs but there should be a limit on how many you can take! You should also not be able to pen them up and let them there,

Site 126A was a beautiful site on the water. We were able to lunch our kayaks right from our site. The down side of this park was the boat noise that started everyday at dawn and lasted until dusk. The bathrooms were clean enough but got dirtier as the week went on. If you are a power boater or fisherman, this place is great.

Been going to this campground for ~20 years, very nice sites. But now it is time to start spending money for needed maintenance. Landscape ties are starting to decay from time. They are a haven for ants and others, make sure you spray tour stabilizers, they are a ladder to your camping unit.
Hopefully some from the park service reads this, it would be a shame to let this great campground get any worse.

Outstanding location on the lake large site easy in and out. Extra quiet and the weather was perfect, event the dump station was clean and extra easy to use. We will definitely be going back.
