Love the quiet campground.Downfall(s): Shower facilities still not openNo potable water to fill camper or dump station due to continuing issuesNo firewood for sale at campground

Sites are large and lots of privacy. Dark skies . Some sites offer electric.

Beautiful sites with screening between sites. Very wooded and private. Be prepared for mosquitoes! Due to the shade and woods they were worst here compared to other UP forestry service sites.

Lovely site, just around the corner from the cleanest portapotty I've ever been in (no odor came our sites way). Site could probably fit two tents, one medium one small. The entire campground is walking distance to the boat launch. The site is nicely spaced from the next closest sites. Due to being set back aways headlights were not a big problem at night. Entire campground is a good distance from the main road so it's just beach/boat launch and campsite traffic you are dealing with.

We had a great time (except for the mosquitos, which were a bit of a bummer). We look forward to our return in fall. Beautiful campground and surroundings. Campground hosts are awesome, very friendly and helpful. Only wish the shower house would be open again.
