Gem of a place in the desert! Campground was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Beautiful landscape with the variety of unique cactus. Great walking trails from the campground and had a concrete sidewalk around the perimeter which was perfect for my handicap dog. Rangers at the Visitor center were friendly and welcoming. The Town of Ajo has a green town park. We went on a weekend and found it busy with crafts and vendors. Had a wonderful time, definitely coming back!

An absolutely beautiful park. Well thought out, excellent campsites with lots of room and wonderful ground cover and cacti. Except for no cell service or wifi in the campground itself, it was near perfection. The trail to the visitor center was well maintained and had awesome vistas.Highly recommend.

Large sites (easily fit a 32 class C with lots of space to fit). Clean and beautiful scenery.

One of our favourite dark sky parks, peaceful and quiet.

The Dripping Springs trail was a quick hike, but great views and such a surprise to see the springs and animal activity.

Gorgeous campground. We loved the evening ranger programs as well. The rangers were helpful and friendly. We would love to return here.
