We love this Park (NM). The campground is on a plateau which overlooks the Mexico side of the border. There are hills backdropping the CG. All sites have concrete parking pads, picnic table and bbq grill. Potable water and restrooms are spread out in the CG. There are rows for those using generators which have restricted use hours. Rows for non generators and tent camping rows. Plenty of hiking trails exist to keep one busy for many days. The night skies are fantastic as there is minimal light intrusion. Check the bulletin board for nightly interpretive programs and events like a birding walk or scorpion hunt. Pump out station and potable water for RVs. Solar panels work great here as there is no power hookups.

One of my top 5 campgrounds ever. So quiet, clean and well maintained. Would love having electric to run A/C on those brutal hot days

beautiful campground. spotless restrooms. Good spacing between trailers. hiking was enjoyable -not too much climbing (Victoria mine trail) and weather was excellent-would not attempt in summer! Have all food before arrival as stores at least 20 miles away.

Outstanding camping experience. Campground SO quiet and clean. Though it holds many RV/tent sites, each site feels private. Views & Trails are extensive & gorgeous. No electric or water hook ups, but bathrooms & water spickets are available. Go see this gorgeous area!!!

Very clean, well-kept campground. Spacing between sites is excellent. Solar showers were a nice bonus, worked well for us in mid-April. The experience overall was great of a well-run park!

We recently stayed at Twin Peaks Campground in Arizona for the second time. It is a wonderful place to stay. Right on the border with Mexico, the scenery is spectacular and the campground is top notch. I especially liked the long, CONCRETE pads to park our RV. Be aware that there is no water and electrical hookups at each campsite, but that didn't bother us at all, as we are totally self-contained with solar power and large storage tanks. It is a very quiet campground. Not much to do other than go on some scenic drives and hike. I wouldn't recommend going into Sonoyta, Mexico. A member of our party had their trailer hitch stolen right off the back of their car. Also, like many border towns, you didn't really want to get out and stroll around the town. Close by on the American side of the border is the small town of AJo. While we didn't get there this trip, it did look very inviting. I highly recommend this campground and hope to go back again.
