Having water, a sani-dump station and solar-powered warm showers is great. Dont let the layout on the campground map mislead you. The map makes the campground look like a huge parking lot but there is plenty of separation between campsites. Its a dark skies site so we were able to see the Milky Way and so many stars. Another plus is the option to park away from the generator-using RVs if quiet is a priority. This is the place to be for serenity.

One of the best national park campgrounds we have ever been to. Nothing at all to take marks off for.

Extremely clean and fairly quiet campground. Camp hosts do a great job. Only complaint is no black tank flush at dump station. Also the campers that tend to be here are very friendly. The critter talk at the visitor's center is great! This was our second year, will be going again next year.

Excellent experience. Entire staff was knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and they looked like they were having a good time which enhanced my experience. The bathrooms were clean in the visitor center and campgrounds. Ajo Mountain Road had less washboard than last year. Loved the Estes Canyon Trail and interpretive signs on the Desert view Trail. Will be back.

Love Organ Pipe for the scenery, solitude, tremendous volunteer/Ranger staff, ruggedness, brilliant night sky, proximity to Mexico and hiking access. A favorite place to visit.

This desert camping experience was spectacular. Sunsets and sunrises were AZ desert gorgeous. Seeing the Organ Pipe cactus is always a treat. I learned about the Senita Cactus this year. The only disappointing aspect of my visit is that at this time of year or maybe this year the bird life didn't seem as abundant as in the past. If you do the Ajo loop drive download the app from the NPS website and listen to the audio tours - very good.

We loved this campground. The pull-thru sites are very nice, with plenty of room and some privacy with bushes and cactus between each site. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hike we took was amazing. We will definitely return here as a family.

The campground is very very nice. There is lots of space between campers with rich lush desert plants. The setting is beautiful surrounded by mountains, night time stars and lights from a distant city lower down in the valley. The restrooms are immaculate. The national park is a true treasure. You will love Arizona
