What a beautiful national park! We were in site 42 but I think all of the sites are fairly the same. We loved the saguaro standing guard at the front of our rig and loved how, even though the sites are close, the vegetation gives you some privacy. We were there on Christmas Day so the Visitor's Center was closed but we really enjoyed the drive on Ajo Road. We had come with plenty of water but it was nice to see the spigots randomly placed throughout the campground in case you need to refill. There was plenty of sun so we never needed to run our generator but some sites are designated for generators and some are not, so if generator noise bothers you just select a site away from those generator sites.

The campsite is beautifully laid out, the pitches are for mobile homes very flat, great barbecue option, very clean toilet houses and the dumping station is more comfortable than anywhere else.

Its a beautiful, quiet, desert campground. The sites are roomy and there is potable water available. There is also a dump.

Campground is beautiful and very well designed. There really isn't a bad camp sight in the entire campground. Exceptionally clean and well kept. Everything was spotless and the surrounding scenery is beautiful.

Beautiful park, wonderful campground, excellent rangers and programs. All in all the best desert park in the west.

We really enjoyed Twin Peaks Campgrounds. The sites at a nice size and laid out nice. The campground is quiet and clean. The restrooms and showers are clean. There are hiking trails for everyones fitness level. The sunsets are spectacular! We did not leave the park during our stay. We definitely plan to return.

Our first time here and we really enjoyed it. This is a very unique park -- beautiful and peaceful with some great hiking trails. The 'designated generator hours' seem arbitrary though; with the intense heat, I think more people would visit if the hours were extended to all but 10pm-6 am. Most generators these days are very quiet, and even when they were running all around us, we could barely hear them.

The only negative part was the campground 'hosts', who were pretty much useless. Our spot was right next to theirs, and not only weren't they helpful or friendly, they totally ignored us. We tried waving & saying hello, but even that didn't work. They seemed more involved in chatting with their friends who were camped nearby, and although we had questions and could have used some assistance, they weren't available to help. Not sure what they did exactly to help people in the park. OTOH, the rangers at the Vistors Center were great -- very friendly and helpful.

Nice sites with plenty of space and lots of plant life. Camp host was very nice. The campground was very quiet at night and there is easy access to lots of hiking and the visitor center. Will definitely be back again!

Great campground with awesome views of the hills surrounding the area. Stayed here during covid so not all the bathrooms were open, they rotated with half open each day which we did not really understand and made for a long walk when they were only open on opposite side of campground. Thoroughly enjoyed the Ajo Mountain drive loop, seeing all the various cacti and great views. Campground sites are close but people are considerate and overall it was very quiet. Rainy and cool weather made for some great photo opportunities. We will be back!
