Great campground with dump and water. Has solar showers which can be a little problematic depending on weather and prior usage. Has nice nature trails and other hiking trails. We used it going and returning from Puerto Penasoco, MX which was vary convenient.

We were in site 008, RV Generator in a 30ft Class C. This would be a 5-star review if the site had been more level. It was very challenging to level without lifting our front wheels completely off the ground, and it took multiple attempts to get up on blocks so we could safely level. Otherwise, our stay at this campground was wonderful! The ranger presentations in the evenings were fun and informative. We took at drive through around the loop road to the arch and it was incredibly beautiful. The facilities in the park are well kept. We will definitely return!

Nice place during the winter with reasonable generator hours, but do not go during the spring or fall when it is hot because generator hours are dependent on the time of year, not temperature. My recent visit was in January, but my previous one was in April and the temperature inside my RV and outside was unbearable, but generator hours were extremely limited because it was not yet summer. Adding electrical hookups would solve the heat and generator issues and allow more people to visit this lovely place.

Excellent staff. Generator hours are strictly enforced which greatly enhances the camping experience.

Loved your camp spots, but it would be helpful, if on your website, you listed the generator and non generator rows. We ended up in a generator section and somewhat annoying. Also, understand the concept of solar showers in your few restrooms that had showers. It may be ideal in the summer, but on colder winter days, when the sun is up less hours, a warmer shower would have been better. After quickly taking my freezing shower in the morning.my husband waited until late afternoon to take his and he said the water temp at best was 70. It really isnt that big of an expense to put hot water heaters in the few bathrooms that have showers. Tent and van campers would totally appreciate that.

Loved that most of the organ pipe cactus were actually in or around the campground. Also nice hikes conveniently located and nice trail that circles the campground for dogs.
