We tent camped at this campground. Beautiful views. Campsites are maintained very well. Very nice pads for tents. Bathrooms and showers are very clean and great condition. We will definitely be coming back. Kudos to the maintenance crews!

The NPS effectively manages the monument, with the campground hosts maintaining the facilities. Just a heads-up: we didn't discover the campground's electrical outlets at the top end (Northside) for charging our phones until day two. The park service advises keeping your vehicle's engine hood open during your stay at the campground to deter pack rats from climbing into the engine and gnawing on rubber and plastic parts (good to know). Overall, the trails are well-maintained, the campground is clean (including the bathrooms), and the visitor center provides valuable information on activities and sights.

Summer hot weather was still on, enough so that we had the entire campground to ourselves. It was very, very quiet.

The tent sites are awesome. Try to pick one with a structure over the picnic table. The arranger programs are a must-see too. Such a great place to camp and explore.

Very well maintained and clean campground. Great solar showers and fantastic views. It was quiet the night we were there. The only dings are that is has a few hundred sites and they are often quite close to each other.

Safe, clean facilities, and really quiet with gorgeous sunrises. Unless you have your own, I'd recommend booking a site with an awning (although the woodpeckers might wake you up at dawn). That sun is strong even in winter! If you're up for a steep hike, the Bull Pasture/Estes Canyon loop is 100% worth the effort.

ended up here for several weeks due to inclement winter weather everywhere else, but would choose to stay the maximum amount of time again because i love it so much. one of the quietest campgrounds anywhere; they take light and sound pollution very seriously. clean, well-kept, ranger presentations every evening taught me a lot about this part of the sonoran desert. could use a few more restrooms throughout, and shaded tables in the tent areas. other than that, more or less the perfect place for a tent camper.

what a wonderful place! love the sonoran desert and this campground is perhaps the best of many federal sites i've stayed at. scads of volunteers keep the place clean and operational, the ranger presentations every night are both entertaining and informative, and they take the reduction of light and sound pollution seriously. other campers are super friendly. all kinds of tents and RVs and solar arrays and gear to ask about. recommend.

The rangers pointed me to a fabulous 9-ish mile hike, gave great talks each night I was there, and were just generally friendly! The campsite is beautiful and the sunsets are beyond compare. I reserved a tent spot on the edge of the desert so that I'd feel a bit more secluded. I even had a ramada for a bit of shade.

Wonderful campground. We stayed in a tent site. Beautiful views. Clean, orderly, and quiet. Would have preferred the camp host to not be flying a giant "thin blue line" flag that desecrates our American flag and creates a politicized atmosphere while we were trying to get away from it all. Would still recommend this campground and park, regardless of that.

We were tent campers at Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument. When we arrived at our site I immediately realized the tent pad had been raked liked a Zen garden in concentric circles. It was the most touching preparation of a campsite I had experienced in nearly 60 years of camping. I also realized we had secured a site with a metal canopy to protect us from the 90+ degree weather. The entire campground/restrooms were as clean as they could be. This was the best managed campground I’ve experienced in my camping life. Five stars! Thanks Organ Pipe!

Half the toilets closed, with way more than half the campsites open is ridiculous.

Visitor center should sell ice, saving campers many trips to Lukeville or Why.

Campground was clean and well maintained. Beautiful spot. We appreciated that the camp sites were spaced enough apart to provide room between tents/campers. Rangers and camp host were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument is some of the most beautiful desert I've seen! I hiked from the campground to the old mining cabin and barely saw any other hikers (it was a Monday). Just fantastic! We also did the Arch Canyon drive, but did not hike. The Twin Peaks campground was lovely and the sites were of a good size. The bathrooms were open on an alternating schedule due to COVID, which was a little confusing at first, but easy enough once understood. I will definitely visit again!

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful campground.. Dark skies silhouetted by huge saguaro and organ pipes, very unique experience. Important, you must bring a raised fire pit! Place was full and we couldn't believe we were the only ones with a fire. 10/10 would return. Clean restrooms and friendly staff.
