The campground was clean, the hosts were knowledgeable about local trails and super nice, and the access to trails from the campground were great. We appreciated the nightly ranger talks too. The campsites are nicely spaced apart. We look forward to returning. Its such a beautiful area.

Nicely situated, surrounded by cacti, super calm, clean, warm showers, everything very well maintained. Frequent free ranger program in the evening while we were there in December. We enjoyed our time a lot. Great that there is a non generator area.

I love Twin Peaks - Organ Pipe NM has got under my skin somehow (I'm a Brit). I was visiting slightly out of season this time, so it was very quiet in terms of campers, but (at that point) all the facilities were still open. The solar showers are beautiful provided you don't go too late (I paid attention to previous reviews!). Around about noon gave a lovely refreshing shower.I did the Victoria Mine walk this time. Saw some great birds eg. Townsend's Warbler. I slightly under-planned how much water to take. I stop to take photos all the time so any walk takes me ages. Good learning there - I should have taken at least 3 litres. That was for 7am-11:30 walk. And visiting 3 weeks later than in 2023, more cactus were blooming - fishhook - so delicate, and teddy bear cholla - utterly delightful!I can't help thinking I'll be back again...

The campsite is great and everything and there were quite a few birds to see right in camp. We enjoyed driving the Ajo Mountain Scenic Drive and we stopped and did the short hike into Arch Canyon which was spectacular. We also enjoyed the Puerto Blanco Scenic drive as well as a couple of hikes off of that loop. Be aware, you will see the border wall up close and personal on the southern portion of the Puerto Blanco Scenic drive, which It may be a bit unsettling for some visitors.

Despite the fact that the border at Lukeville was closed during our early December stay, we found plenty of hiking and wildlife viewing available. Sunset talks by rangers and volunteers were very informative and interesting. The Visitors Center is a must see; we did all our Christmas Shopping in the gift shop there. December is a great month to visit, as the campground is not crowded and is very quiet and peaceful. We recommend that visitors to Organ Pipe Cactus also try to spend a little time in the artistic community of Ajo, between I-8 and the Monument.

Most excellent campground in a perfect location with easy access to trailheads. Clean bathrooms and great solar showers. Level sites with tables and grills. Campground is divided between generator allowed and not and generator hours are limited. Direct access to loop drives. Five miles to the border. Great and informative rangers. And the views ahh the views. Did I mention the views? Head the warnings about the pack rats though. Those cute critters will mess up your rig overnight. One of our all time favorites

I love the solitude, beauty and incredible dark skies of Organ Pipe Cactus NM. The Twin Peaks campground is clean and well maintained with flat, pull-through concrete pads for RVs and vans. The bathrooms are basic with solar hot water showers (somewhat unpredictable in terms of water temperature). It's a lovely spot with trails in several directions right from the campground.

lovely site, not crowded, flat for the van, beautiful views, only complaint is that most of the restrooms were closed and the closest one was a good walk away. If I have know that I would have booked a site closer to the bathroom

We love the generator restrictions! Why don't other parks have similar rules? It seems so odd that most parks, where people go to get closer to nature, frequently sound like industrial work sites. So thanks for being the one standout using common sense with regard to noise.

Love the quiet! Nice to have generators separated from those of us who use solar only! Enjoyed the hike on the trail from the Campground to the Visitors Center. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

This was our 4th time at Twin Peaks campground at Organpipe Cactus National Park. As expected it does not disappoint. Sites are roomy. As RVers who enjoy quiet and rely on solar entirely for power, we appreciate that generator users are in their own area and even then the hours they are restricted to using generators is two hrs in the morning and two hrs late afternoon. I fervently hope other Campgrounds begin to adopt that.
