Great campsite, nice facilities, lovely surroundings. I had a campsite on the outer ring with a pergola. it was a great choice.

Very nice campsite with water and garbage bins close by. Hiking was fantastic. Also sunrise and sunsets. Cellphone coverage was very good.

Nice, clean campground. It wasn't very busy, which was nice. Sites were fairly close together, but I am more of a dispersed camping fan. Several bathrooms were closed because it was off-season. This made for quite a long walk. The free shower was a great amenity. Trash and water were convenient.

I loved the campground and had a good experience there.

The jet noise from the base was terrible though.

Also the visitor center was closed most of the time, and remote payment spots for park fee were all taped closed. Later, I learned the park is now "credit card only, no cash" This doesn't meet the needs of many park goers.

Stayed one night and absolutely loved this park. The views were incredible. The bathrooms rotated closures but were clean and warm. I and many others I saw were traveling solo and I felt totally safe. There were trails just feet away from my campsite and the sunset was so lovely falling over the landscape. If you have the time and ability, take the 21 miles of gravel road, via the Ajo Mountain loop, and hike up to Bull Pasture. I started off early morning and was given such a treat to have the trail all to myself.

Nice campground. Clean. Well kept. Clean bathrooms. Sites are well spaced but no trees.

This campsite was well maintained and was a beautiful part of the overall park experience. The camp hosts and rangers were great to deal with.
