I wasnt sure what to expect of this campground but it turned out wonderful! We did primitive camping and the campsite was very nice. The workers check the site fairly often and maintain bathrooms, etc. there is lots of swimming options and parks for kids close by. Would come again.

Nice park and host were friendly. We stayed in site 1. The site is a big pull through for big rigs but the tree limbs need to be trimmed. I had to back out to avoid hitting the top of my pickup let alone the trailer at 11. This is a site that folks with big rigs would book but the high clearance will be an issue.

Be vigilant with your belongings, we had fuel siphoned from our camper.

We really enjoy camping here - the spots are large and close to the water. It's very family friendly, so be prepared for lots of kids. Not a great place to camp if you're looking for quiet and solitude.

Very beautiful campground right on the lake . Hosts are easy going friendly and helpful. Very basic campground no electricity just a picnic table fire pit and that's all. But what more do u need when your in the middle of the woods on a lake

This has become our family and friends campout campground now for our yearly campout 3 years in a row. Beautiful lake, showers helpful rangers... Will be back next year!

The site is too crowded that all the camp sites are super close to each other, they even put 2 sites right next to the bathroom which is super noisy due to the flushing or hand drying machine. Poor organization.

The spot my family was in was great. Staff were friendly and the amenities were well taken care of. We will be going back.

Very nice place . Relaxing and a good place to go jet ski or boating. Hosts are good people.

They have really let the lake access become overgrown and there is absolutely no water in the day use area. This could be a wonderful campground with more upkeep.
@MarciaA5BD95F7 · Camped on Jun 13, 2025 at Campsite #K
Very nice primative campground. They have running water and they mow the grass so its very park-like. Its a nice place if the regular campground is full on the weekend.

We enjoyed our time, but the restrictions on only two vehicles and zero parking outside has made it so we will most likely cancel our annual after school camping trip, with other families joining us in that decision. We enjoy the lake, the campgrounds, the closeness to home so we can still work as needed, the convenience, etc. If they fixed the car count issue, wed be much better off. Were allowed 8 people per site, but we cant put 8 people in two cars if those 8 people are adults needing to come and go for work etc.

This Cam[ground is well kept, had bathrooms and showers! The people are friendly too! If you get a site by the lake most of them have thier own little bay! We love this place!

Love this campground! Both the regular and primitive campgrounds are very nice. Beach access and hot showers at the regular campground make it special, however the primitive campground is smaller and more spread out. Rangers and camp hosts are very helpful nd friendly. Both are busy on the weekends and they require a two night stay on Friday and Saturday.

the staff was very helpful. They explained to me the different passes available and I received my Senior Lifetime pass today. I will camp there on the way home.

I come to this campsite annually because of the easy lake access, clean facilities and the enforced quiet time after 10PM that makes it possible to sleep peacefully in a tent

Very nice campsite. Perfectly shaded right on the water.

What a great space we got! Right on the lake, with plenty of shade from the mighty pines. The campground hosts were helpful and friendly. The bathroom was always tidy. This is one of my favorite campgrounds.

The woman who welcomed us was wonderful and so friendly. The restrooms were amazingly clean. It was so quiet which was peaceful.

We had a very nice site next to the lake. The bathrooms were clean and it was great having a hot shower. The Camp host was nice. We only had one bad experience with young people drinking at a campsite across from us, but after speaking to the Ranger and the camp host, we now know how to report that behavior in the future. That was on Sunday night. The other nights were great and all of our other neighbors were wonderful. Would definitely stay there again.

Such a safe and wonderful place. Unfortunately, really noticed this year that vacated sites are not cleaned up when someone checks out. Other than that its a great place.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
