The campgrounds are very well kept. The bathroom and showers are clean and kept in good condition. The park hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The campground is in amongst tall trees and provide a lot of shade. The bummer part is that the lake has hardly any water and is not able to be used for any recreational activity. The PCT comes right through the campgrounds and offers some nice hiking.

The campground was nice and quiet and the camp hosts were very hospitable and kept the bathrooms nice and clean. With the PCT so close, we were able to chat with some of the hikers. We had a very enjoyable 4 nights

Beautiful campground next to the lake. Due to the drought, the lake levels were very low and the toxic algae made going into the lake impossible for me and my dog. Can catch part of the Pacific Crest Trail while camping here. The bathrooms and showers were in pretty good shape. Lucky for me, the crowds just left and the campground was mostly empty. My site was level, large, and private. I would recommend Hyatt Campground.

Absolutely loved my stay here! Campsites are nice, bathhouses are clean, camp hosts are very good, hard working folks and not to mention you can't beat the price!!
The Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) runs just outside the campground offering miles of wonderful hiking. Hyatt Lake as well as a few other lakes are within close proximity for a myriad of water sports. Hyatt Lake Resort and Cocorico have yummy eats, treats, some basic shopping needs and are moments away. Ashland, Oregon is a very fun town (just a short drive down the mountain) providing all your needs such as restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, emergency facilities, boutique shopping, local breweries, wine tastings, theaters, parks, plazas and much more. Medford, Oregon is 15 miles-ish north with all the big name chains you find more familiar. If you have the time the little town of Jacksonville, Oregon is worth checking out.
Hope you enjoy your stay!!
Cheers!
