First, the weather was awesome for our stay. Blue creek has amazing views of the lake. The view at sunset is outstanding.

Blue Creek is a beautiful park with an amazing view. We rolled in late on motorcycles (riding old Route 66) but had absolutely no problem finding our site and getting our tents pitched. And the shower & restroom facilities were great as well, would highly recommend Blue Creek if you’re in the area.

The gate attendant was lovely and helped out, clean facilities and serene, gorgeous space!! We will be back!

I like the park and the grounds were very well kept. Wonderful views of the lake; God's creation is something that we can only enjoy, a beautiful sunset over the lake can never be man made! Wayne and Edie are fine gate attendants. The new volunteers seem nice and looks like they perform their jobs. The same issues with the showers in April are still the same in September. That's not a very good reflection for maintenance. East shower the light doesn't work, West shower door still hits at the top and you have to pick up really hard on the door handle to open or close the door. The bathrooms and showers are being kept clean. Something needs to change about all the people who are coming into the park and using the shower! The gates need to be locked at 10:00 pm like the rules state. They don't always get locked and people come in at all times of the night! Not good when we think we're in a safe place! Who is responsible for locking them in October?

We loved out time at Blue Creek. The grounds were well maintained, bathroom facilities were clean and felt safe, even at night. We loved the access to the water. We brought our kayaks and were able to walk to the water from our campsite and launch them. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We had a delay being able to leave by 4:00 on check out day and they were very understanding. The only thing I would like to suggest is that the park could use more security lights. Everything else is top notch. We will definitely go back.

You all have got to get that dumping station fixed! I will have to camp someplace else until that is fixed!

We have camped at Blue Creek for many years. Myself for about 47 years, I have seen many changes, most of them positive. With camping so much more popular the campgrounds get too crowded throughout the week anymore. I would like to see more water hydrants and if electricity was installed in b loop it would spread the campers out more. It is a beautiful park and I enjoy seeing God's handiwork. The restrooms were kept clean. We had a few issues with the showers. People who are coming into the park and using the shower facilities needs to be stopped. These folks are not camping and some of them seem suspicious, anyway they are using up the hot water and making campers wait to shower sometimes. The gates need to be locked in October also. It's still our #1 place to camp.

The people who run this park are always kind and make you feel like family! The park is always kept up nice and is our favorite place to camp!
