Great place! Always clean, and host is very nice. We enjoy it every year with our kids and grandkids.

Horrible water access from campsites. Super unlevel slabs like they dumped a bunch of rocks and poured a concrete slab over it. Absolutely no TV service you have to leave the park and go back into the park to get to the boat ramp. We stayed one night and left early.

We typically love this park. It is our go-to place at the lake. However, our last 2 visits (this one and one we just left from today) were concerning. Last time it was simply people trying to do an early check in and waiting near our spot for us to leave. Rude but acceptable. However, last night and this morning we were close to calling a Park Ranger because a certain truck starting make passes by our site yesterday evening and did so every hour or less until after dark. Sometimes making 3 passes concurrently. This morning we it went to every 15 minutes. Check out is not until 4pm. We had planned to leave at 3pm. At 1pm the truck came by again. By this time we were genuinely concerned it was child predators looking for unaccompanied kids to grab and we made our children stay inside. Which is ridiculous to have to worry about while trying to enjoy our stay. By 1:30 and another RV showed up next door and guess who was right behind them obviously friends? The same red truck. So they spent a day an evening unsettling us just because they have our spot book for tonight!!!!!!!! Bad etiquette at the least and dangerous on their part at most. We tried calling the office several time, but only got a voicemail. Changes need to be made to clarify that coming a day early and expecting people to cut their weekend short so you can start yours is unacceptable!! Nevermind, intimidating and unsettling parents with the possible that their kids aren't safe. Another minor issue in addition was an huge increase in the number of people driving the wrong direction on one way roads. New and better signs are needed. We have been coming to this park for years but if these thing are going to continue we may have to take business elsewhere!! Nothing is worth risking my kids safety. Creepers not welcome!!!!!!!!!!!
