Fairly nice campground. All site well shady and good views of the lake. Plenty of shade trees and good separate of RV sites. But not the place for shower facilities. Showers use old fashion push-button water controls. One shower in the men's room ran for 25 seconds with one push; a second shower ran approximately one minute per push. The real downside was the lack of any water temperature control for the showers, plus the only temperature available was "scalding" - too hot to immerse your body under the shower water. If you don't need shower facilities, I would rate this 5-stars camping.

This campground is close to home for us so we've camped here several times. It's always well kept and has clean restrooms. Friendly staff, and generally quiet. It sometimes fills up with extended families from around the area, but everyone has always been very friendly and respectful of personal space.

Beautiful park. Lots of trees, quiet,clean. Perfect for a two night stay ehile crossing Oklahoma.

Instead of sitting at home while one of us rested after a surgery, we decided we would spend that time camping. It was early in the season, with warm weather predicted. For the first part of the week we were pretty much the only people there, which was perfect for the quiet recovery time we looked for. One of the best things about Flint Rock Creek is the couple that lives there and maintains the facilities. It was clean, to the point that the fire rings had been cleaned out, the bath facilities were clean, and the picnic table, prep table, lantern hook table had been wiped down, and the concrete pad apparently had been blown free of debris. If I was pressed to say anything that the park needed, it would be that some hooks in the shower would be nice. Even with that said, it was a 5 star experience and exactly what we needed.

Small park, secluded and very peaceful. Well kept. Back-in spaces a little tight in some spots, but a very nice park. Will come back.

Really enjoyed being at Flat Rock even tho it rained a good part of the time we were there ( in mid-April). The lake is beautiful. The campground is well kept & facilitates were clean. Mid week was very quiet with only a few campers in the park. We had come brim exploring Bartlesville, which is not too far away, & is a very cool little town, and Tulsa is close enough for a day trip, but we mostly enjoyed being on the lake for the 3 days we were there.

This camp site was a real gem! The facility was very well maintained and the staff was very friendly. The scenery was beautiful, peaceful, quite and the spacing was good. We will return for sure.
