The site was great once you got in to it, but getting our 39' 5th wheel in was hampered by a large rock- it took multiple tries to clear it without the truck going over the drop off on the opposite side of the road

Clean and well spaced campsites. Friendly camp host, Well maintained hiking trails.

Beautiful site. The RV site was large and accommodating. Very peaceful and quiet area. It had everything that we needed.

The Point Campground is peaceful, well maintained, and is close to a Walmart in case you forget something. It is a nice campground to walk around and has great views of Lake Arbuckle. The camp host, Milton, has become a friend and that makes the Point one of our favorite spots.

We never made it to the campground, so my rating is based on the fact that I was really disappointed in the communication between the campground and myself. We made the reservation, and then saw a snow storm coming, and had to cancel. I could not get a hold of the campground host, or get any refund on my reservation via Recreation.gov.
