We love this campsite and have stayed here multiple times. Big downside during this last stay was the water spigot near our campsite did not work during our whole stay. We reported it but they werent able to fix it during our Friday to Sunday reservation. If its fixed, we will go back.

It was the only campground with the option to camp that Saturday, plus the extra days I wanted to stay. Pleasantly surprised at the nice facility and camphost.

Beautiful, a little bit windy because I had never been there before I didn't realize it was on the side of a hill, Verizon network definitely does not work well there, my kids have at&t and had good service. Had to mobile Hotspot off of them to even get phone calls or texts. I get it is camping primitive but I didn't know I would be on roaming for the entire area to included Davis and Sulpur. The shower bathrooms were very nice and clean, water was really warm and as was the bathrooms themselves so we didn't freeze coming out the shower.

Beautiful location. Large, private, campsites. Shaded. Very nice showers. Sits on a lake. Lots of wildlife. Camp host on premises. Would go back again and again.

Clean restrooms. Shower was solar in nature, so a bit lukewarm, but still a welcome amenity. Recently replaced roads and campsite pullouts a plus.

I liked that the camp area was up high on a platform of sorts, it was very spacious and private. There was also a water source right in front of the area. It was very dark at night and I was able to see the stars clearly. There were raccoons checking us out, so make sure you keep your food in the car or critter proof containers. I loved this spot and it was my first time camping.

So I stayed here for just one night and let me say I was so impressed for what you get for so little money. The camp host Milton really was amazing. I wasnt expecting a drive by greeting and to top it off he even gave me more information about certain amenities that I didnt even know about. The next day he saw me and stopped by to tell me safe travels and even recommended a few local food establishments. You can tell he takes pride and loves what he is doing. My campsite area was nice and clean. Thanks again Milton and lil Daisy for making my 1 night say there not my last.

Site (56) was great! Had a place for fire with a grate to cook on, two parking spots, picnic table, and hanger for a light. I was able to set up my tent (on the gravel), which was about 12' footprint. There were bathrooms just a 1 minute walk up the road. Showers were a bit farther, so drove to those. Raccoons and armadillos were all about and I made sure to secure any food items. Coyotes could be heard in the night. Gunshots in the early morning (late January, not sure what the season would be).Campground host drove by multiple times to say hello and be friendly--felt like he was really keeping an eye on things, which I appreciated!

We stayed at a tent site in the Point campgroun (56). We were thankful we could make reservations and be worry free about getting a site. Spot 56 was very clean and close to water spicket, vault toilet, and showers. The rangers were all very nice and helpful. Our kids swam in the lake of the Arbuckle fished at Veteran's lake, but our favorite was wading and swimming in Little Niagara and travertine creek.

The campsites all provide a good amount of privacy as well as are extremely clean and well kept. the showers and restroom stations are also very nice and clean which we appreciated during our stay. The water access was also very nice and refreshing during our warm summer stay!

This is the second time my son and I stayed at this location and loved it both time. Maybe more this time as it was as hot and no loud frogs everywhere at night lol. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The scenery was fantastic and the amount of hiking trails nearby was surprising. The camp sites were well maintained, and the bathrooms were good. The shower lost hot water pretty quick, but that's to be expected. My one complaint is that nobody followed the quiet time hours. A couple sites were rowdy up until about 1 am multiple nights, but oh well. Overall a great experience!
