The only real problem with the camping areas are the pads to set up on. Drop offs are dangerous getting in and out of the camper. We enjoy our stay every time we go

Boat ramps and the overall park is nice. Most of the RV Pads need work tho. Many of them are way too small for modern RVs and a lot of the ones that are big enough are falling apart. Pads could just use some work.

I stayed in site 17. The good part is that the area/ facilities were very clean, very quiet and pleasant no loud music or disturbance. The bad was that most site especially site 17 were not even and I got a very difficult time leveling a 40+ foot Rv. The pictures on the website didn’t clearly show the extreme level of inclination. Also be prepared to bring at least a 100 ft water hose to reach the water connection. I will recommend to other to research different sites before staying but definitely skip site 17.

Site 17 DSIS~~The sites are very unlevel and the asphalt is crumbling around the edges. One wrong move and your RV can go over, or if you mis-step you can break an ankle because the asphalt is crumbling under even the weight of a person. The tables are at the back of the site, well away from any RV doors. The grills weren't cleaned out and the firepits were full. I wouldn't grill on there for anything. The only good thing is the outhouse is clean. However there is no ventilation, so it was extremely hot in there. The water spigots are NOT at each site. We had to go purchase extra hose because all we had was 100'. Make sure you have at least 150'We have ATT and the coverage is spotty at best. The 1st picture is of our neighbors RV and site!

Site 17 was a super easy site to back our 40' fifth wheel into! Unfortunately, the beautiful rolling landscapes lends itself to a moderately/severely sloping site which made it impossible for us to get completely level. Be prepared to have a way to raise up the back of your camper or trailer about 4" in order to get level with the back of the site sloping downward. Also, the water access is about 75' foot away; we needed a 50' and 25' hose in order to hook up to the RV. This site is well spaced out away from other sites which gives you a lot of area to spread out and space from any neighbors. The dump station is a about a mile away further into the campground on the other loop, so you'll need to pull a tote with your vehicle as it isn't close enough to walk to the dump station. We wouldn't hesitate to book this site again, but we'd come better prepared to be able to get our rig completely level. We full-time RV and rely on good cellphone signal in order to work on the road. Fortunately Stigler Public Library has study rooms that are easy to reserve for no cost because our Verizon mifi hotspot had spotty coverage. Cellphone coverage for phone calls is decent.

Had and excellent time during a recent fishing trip at Ladybird Landing. Grounds and facilities are well keep. Only caution is to make sure you have at least 100 ft of water hose on some sites. Grounds host made several trips through park during day and evening. Only complaint was the west site boat ramp lights were not working when made loading up at night difficult. However the blue Led lights mounted to ramp concrete was very nice in the dark. RV sites have plenty of room.
