My site #32 was a pull thru on a very level concrete pad with lots of room. I wasnt able to get local TV stations but cell service was good. Camphost keep the campground very neat and tidy. Love Belle Starr.

Except for the strange late check in and check out times, this was one of the nicer COE Parks we've ever stayed stayed stayed

Campsites are great in C loop. Bathrooms need updating.

Beautifully kept campground! We had a great lake view campsite that was big enough for any rig. Will definitely stay here again when in the area. The only downfall is that you have to pay attention to where you walk your dogs. There are goat heads in the area that got into our dogs feet on walks.

Beautifully kept campground! We had a great lake view campsite that was big enough for any rig. Will definitely stay here again when in the area. The only downfall is that you have to pay attention to where you walk your dogs. There are goat heads in the area that got into our dogs feet on walks.

I enjoyed my stay at Belle Starr. The camp area was very clean. I had a beautiful view of the lake from my campsite and it was a very short walk to the water. The restroom wasnt great but it was decent. It was cleaned daily. It is a short drive to the towns of Eufaula and Checotah. I will definitely be going back.

Camped on site C32. We have been camping at Belle Starr for 30 years and I dont ever remember seeing it this shabby. The grass was knee deep and the entire park was covered with downed dead tree limbs and brush, some in large piles. I know that there have been some storms in the area, but most of this looks to have been there for quite some time. Also, the fire ring on our spot was full of trash, etc. We will continue to camp there, but do wish that the Corps would clean the place up.
