Recreation.gov said the site had water, but it did not. Nice pull though site with a good view of the lake.

We choose these campgrounds because they have a good reputation. This campground is the exception that proves the rule. The bathrooms were dirty and spider infested. It's more than a little uncomfortable when you're trying to handle your business after using the restroom and discovering a spider trying to attack you in a vulnerable position. I wouldn't have minded it except the entire bathroom was dirty already and the spiders were everywhere. Also, there was no mention at all of the fact that there was a burn ban in place. It would have at least been nice to have had a "heads up" on that prior to our arrival. I was extremely disappointed in this campground to say the least.

Water hookup was 200 feet away from E07.We had to drive to Walmart to buy 200 feet of RV waterhose.Liked the spacing of the park. The restrooms were locked.A storm was brewing and we didnt have shelter.

There was no water hook up for E 07. It only had a 30amp electric service and I have two air conditioners. Running only one in that temperature it would quite working. I needed a 50amp service. Because the weekenders reserve them all in December and January there are no 50amp services available. I dont know that far ahead what I will be doing or if my health will let me go. It makes it hard on retired folks. When you had several first come first serve sites we could get a spot after the weekenders went home. PLEASE reopen those 50amp service sites to first come first serve sites.
