Great campground small but just right. We loved being on the river. You can hear the road noise but it didn't bother us much. The vault toilets were stoked and clean. This site was a walk in, which caught us off guard and we had a lot of gear to walk in. But it was worth it! Great site. Sites 9-12 were all walk in with parking on the road and they were right on the river bank. Good shade at 11 and 12, 9 and 10 didn't have much shade. The river was very cold and running fast, didn't try to get in past the knees.

This campground is always very well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are immaculately clean too!! My favorite place to camp by far, we look forward to our yearly camping trip

Great spot with access to the river. The river at the site was fast flowing, almost rapid like, so the noise pretty much drowned out traffic from 12 and other campers (we found it soothing). At night we heard an ambulance, but that was the only noise from 12 we heard. The site was large and pretty level with a large picnic table. Other sites had more elaborate ground grills than our site, but it served its purpose. You could see other campers, but they were quiet and respectful; some tree cover but not heavily forested like the west side of Rainier. The bathroom was clean, there were no wasps/bugs at our site. We met the host once, and she was friendly. Only down side was there wasnt a lot of area to walk around- mostly around the campsite loop. We liked it and will be back.

We enjoyed our 2 night visit to Hause Creek Campground in mid June. Our site was large, right on the Tieton River, was recently raked and had a new picnic table. We could fish and wade in the river. The parking site was paved and level for our campervan.

Quiet, pleasant campground with helpful hosts. Our site was along the river, shady, clean, and will-kept.

The good: Clean pit toilets, Proximity to riverThe bad: Our site, #15, was right next to a building which had a very bright streetlight next to it that was lit up all night long. This detracted from the feeling of being in nature. It felt like we just pitched our tent next to some kind of warehouse. From one angle, you wouldn't think we were in a campground at all. Also, there is no potable water on site (not a big deal - just be aware).

Just off highway so some road noise but with hard sided vehicle not a problem. Upper loop is closer to road so would not recommend those sites. A central location to base out of for hiking, jeeping, fishing and other water activities as is on a river and near a large lake.

This is one of our favourite camping spots due to the beauty and proximity to us. Availability of portable drinking water would be great with a washing area for tent campers. Would save washing cooking utensils in the river keeping the river cleaner.

This campground was an excellent plan B as the campground I originally booked burned in a wildfire. I was able to book a site at Hause Creek on a weekend in August within a month notice. We ended up having a great time here and have decided to come back in 2024. The riverside sites accommodate mainly tents and small RVs. Be careful what site you get, there are a number of them where part of the driveway has washed away leaving a rather steep cliff with no curb to stop you from going over the edge! We got an interior pull through for our 32 TT & it worked out well. The host, Summer and her husband couldnt have been more friendly & helpful. She recommended a hike for us that was close & fit our fitness level. Another warning, there is zero water to be had at this campground. Camp hosts think there might be a plan to bring water back, but assume there is none & bring plenty from home.

It was a good experience. So, the campsite I had booked was occupied by some unruly campers. So as soon as we stopped to look what's going on, the camp manager's wife came to meet us and she talked about the negative experience she is having with the campers who refused to vacate after their booking has expired. She gave another campsite that was more private and also some logs for campfire. The previous one was by the river which I was looking forward to but was more open and near the road. Overall, it was a good experience.

We went during the week and skipped the weekend crowds. The campsite was clean and tidy as were the rest of the camp grounds. We have been here 1 other time at a different area of the campground and it was a great trip then as well.

Beautiful campground with lovely water views and clean bathrooms! The campground host Summer was extremely helpful and helped us move to sites with better views that had cancelled reservations. Highly recommend this campground to anyone in the area!

While at Hause Creek Campground, we had a wonderful time staying by the river that flows through the site.

We were at Site 20, which is probably the biggest site in the campground. And it was a nice spot. But be aware that the pictures of Site 20 show the spot right on the edge of the creek, which is not true. You park about 75 feet away and there is a barrier going to prevent vehicles from approaching the picnic area any closer. That was a bit of a disappointment. So if you want to go down to the picnic table area, you will be walking about 75 feet to it. But once you go down there, you have good access to the creek. But you will be walking a bit. Cell service is pretty good there, maybe 2-3 bars on ATT.

Site 19 was along the river and had access to a rocky beach along the shore. Most of sites at this campground have little access to the river, so it was a little awkward to keep other campers from using the same space. Once we had that sorted out it was very relaxing. We enjoyed the bats hunting insects between the trees at dusk.

Nice private campground with a really nice access point to the river that feels like a personal beach. It was the best campsite in my opinion. Lots of shade and trees. Bathrooms were in nice condition with air fresheners hanging inside. Overall, I was very surprised and happy with the site as I had no idea what to expect. I could still see our neighbors but there was some trees and element of privacy you don’t always get at campsites. I would definitely return.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
