Very well maintained campground in a beautiful spot. Camp host was polite and understanding in enforcing the rules with our Scouts.

The campgrounds were clean and the site was spacious for the RV. The gravel road to the campgrounds was in great condition. The Hostess was pleasant and informative. There were no bathhouses, not that we saw but there were pit toilets available and there is potable water (run the spigot a few minutes prior to collecting). Keep in mind is a non electric facility. One high issue to note - flies - they were ferocious during our stay (mid/end Aug), deep wood off was candy for them, we couldn't hike the Neusiok trail - that is easily accessed from this campground. Enjoy and have fun.

A very nice, remote and secluded campground. All of the site are very well separated by undergrowth and shrubs, there are no hookups, water is available in severable spigot locations. However, stopping an RV to fill up will block the campground roads. With no hookups expect to run a generator in an RV if you camp that way, which should be done with consideration for other campers. The gravel fire road to access the all gravel campground may puts some off. However, the road is well maintained and was being graded while we there albeit not over the weekend. Passing oncoming vehicles can be challenging, as it is basically a single track road. Thankfully we did not meet anyone coming in the opposite direction towing an RV while we were entering or leaving.

I love it there. Each site is private and it is well maintained. Even fixed the road, yee hah lol

The campsites are nicely spaced and private. The camp's entrance road is the worst I have ever been on in any park or forest, state or national. The terrible potholes in the road are inexcusable. The host was very nice. The reservation web page was extremely limited. No camp map and no photos of sites. The page showed that the only site available for an RV was site 8/10, a double site. I reserved that site because no others were listed as an RV site. Then I could not use my Access pass because I was reserving a double site. I don't understand why the pass cannot be used for a double site.

The campground itself is very clean. The host that was there the night we stayed was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. My only complaint is that the ground is as hard as a brick. On top of that, thick layers of gravel have been used at the camp sites. I bent most of my tent stakes trying to hammer them down into the hard ground. Also, make sure you bring a good footprint if youre tent camping, to prevent the rocks / gravel from punching your tent.
