Oyster Point Campground was very close to places I wanted to see. I stayed 3 nights. There is a nice water view, but you have to walk through other campsites to see it, which is kind of awkward. Got kind of loud during the day as fighter jets kept flying over. I also heard a train and cop sirens, but not sure where they were coming from. Started to fill up towards the end of the week. Cant beat the price and location.

The campground is great! Well designed, clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly! Great place to visit!

Great location, close to Beaufort, Atlantic Beach, and Cape Lookout. Campsite was large and very quiet. Camp hosts were super helpful. I would happily go back and spend even more time next time.

Simple campground that has everything you need. Sites and vault toilets were clean. Good location for sportsmen.

Campsite was super primitive (no showers and pit toilets), but the location is fantastic, and the host was so friendly! The bugs will eat you alive, tho

great dry camping campground with some views of the river. good access to the Nusiak trail as well as canoe access to the river. Biking was not that great as most of the forest roads are closed due to logging. Site 4 was too tight for even our small trailer but the camp host was very accomodating and let us pick another. We stayed in February so bugs were not a problem. Would go back.

Had a great time, great experience. We were there off season, end of November so the place was half empty. But even at full capacity, the lots are large and well spaced with plenty of privacy. It is off the beaten path and the entrance is easy to miss from the main road. We will be going back!

Host was super friendly.
My only complaint was that the gate was not locked at night which led to people coming in at 2am to set up camp.
Headlights, talking loud and hammering of stakes.
