I failed to read the accommodations lacked hook up and when I approached the ranger station to let them know I would not be staying and can I please cancel the next night, I was told I had to call the toll free number. When contacting the toll free number I was told the ranger had to put me status as “checked out”. I called the ranger back and still the status was not changed so I could not cancel the second night in order to receive a refund. The ranger was rude and unprofessional

Hours of operation and information on the web site are wrong. Amenities are not the same in all of the loops. Bathrooms not cleaned regularly. Maybe once a day. None of the hand dryers in 3 of the restrooms I used worked. This is not acceptable during covid or any other time. The sites were clean and had plenty of room. Very quiet at night. Everything seemed to be taped off or locked up. Not the best experience.

Sites were very nice and private, but the bath house and trails were in disrepair.
