The campground at Juniper Springs is well-maintained with nice fire rings and extra long picnic tables. Loved hearing the owls and coyotes at night!

I visited for the first time in February. I thoroughly enjoyed the park. Taking a dip in the spring was the highlight. I hope the boardwalk is repaired soon so it's possible to view all the areas. The campsites are spaced well. The bathroom was clean.

Price is high for no hook ups. Many closed areas due to unsafe trail walkways and bridges

Juniper springs was a quiet, peaceful.
Sadly this last trip was anything but quiet and peaceful.
We had 3 nights of loud music, people screaming. Flood lights blaring into our sight all night long.
We called and complained but no one stopped the unresponsive campers.
In the passed trips to juniper springs a camp host would drive around and make sure everyone respected quiet hours. We never saw them after sundown this trip.
Sadly this will be my last trip to beautiful Juniper Springs.

The staff at Juniper Springs is just plain amazing. They did a great job of helping us and making us feel at home. We were going on a hike. The manager went out of her way to find us high viz. ability clothing because it was hunting season. We had some noise concerns. They took care of it. Can’t say enough about how great the staff is. I was disappointed that the boardwalks were closed. I felt parts of the park where a little rundown. But it did seem like they were working hard to fix things up. Hopefully it gets better. I would definitely visit again.

The campgrounds were great! Each site had a bear locker. The bath/ showers were clean. They have a beautiful fresh spring to swim, kayak drop and beautiful scenic trails. Great time!

We enjoyed this campground and the springs. Everyone working there is super friendly.

Need more trails in park that are pet friendly. Boardwalk needs to be repaired. Fee to launch kayak is a little steep, especially when camping already. Some sites need repair. Can be difficult to get parked with huge roots uprooting pavement. Staff pleasant but would be great if concession re opened for spring shuttle and boat rental. Spring run needs some clearing.

Overall our experience was very pleasant! We wanted to extend our stay at the campground and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our campsites (12 and 9 in the Tropical loop) were private and spacious.
The day use area with the Spring is just gorgeous! wonderful for snorkeling. It's a gem!
At the whole Day Use Are are no dogs allowed.
You have directly access to the Florida Trail, where dogs are allowed.
One thing I would criticize is that the Boardwalk is closed, it looks like the boardwalk needs some maintenance work. But nothing states on the website or at the entrance of the Recreation Area. With 6$ /10$ at the weekend per person for daily use one can expect the trails are well maintained.
But otherwise it's just wonderful!
