Campsite was nice and clean. People were friendly.Spring is pretty small but beautiful. Campsite was close to the main road so traffic was pretty loud in the mornings. Overall it was very nice we had a great time and so did our kids!

The staff are friendly and professional. It would be great if the spring was accessible later than 5:30 pm. It would also be great if the boardwalks were also accessible.

Sites were very nice and well shaded. Swimming area was more natural than I expected but still lovely and the hike to fern hammock so worth it!

The campground itself is nice. The spaces are well maintained. The company running the campground is another story. In our reservations we had listed two vehicles, a camper, and the people we had. When we arrived we ended up having to pay almost 70 dollars extra for the second car. They stated that a camper is considered a vehicle. No where in the online reservations or description of the campground does it say anything about it. So good to know your reservations will not match up when you arrive. They also charge extra for kayaking even though you have your own equipment and there is no shuttle service. I could see paying a few dollars a person to launch from the park but it was 10 a person to launch and again didn’t use there parking lot or anything of there’s room launch our kayaks. So be sure if you make a reservation you add in all the extra fees that this company adds on.

The camping ground were super good !! We had the best time ever .
The only thing, bathroom needs to be updated. And a little more of cleaning will be awesome.
Very friendly stuff!

Nice secluded sites, easy access to potable water; unfortunate that dogs are not allowed on trails or to paddling launches ('day use' restrictions)

The sites themselves are the very best. Great forest setting and plenty of room between sites. Also, the spring hiking trails are excellent and the overall feel of the campground is wonderful for we campers who come there for a "nature" experience.
One big recommendation I would make is that you consider altering your generator hours. 10pm is just too late and sort of ruins it for us "quiet" campers. Why not make it 8pm and then everyone gets something that can work for them. Generator folks have plenty of time to charge up and Quiet folks can enjoy a nice quiet campfire and overall evening site experience. Many other areas use this timing and it works great. (i.e. I was in the Everglades the week before and they use 8am to 8pm for generators and everyone was happy. Why not provide something for everyone?

Peaceful. I only heard an owl the whole night. Site was clean (to include to fire pit). No hassle or headaches.

We stayed at site 43. Loved how private most of the sites here are. You have space and don’t feel right on top of your neighbors like a lot of other camping in Florida. Was a busy weekend and some of the other campers were a bit noisy (but not by us thankfully). The bathrooms were small with only two women stalls for the whole site. And word of caution: you can definitely hear the traffic from the main road very loudly which is a huge bummer considering all the positives. Bring earplugs for sleeping!
The springs itself are beautiful and fun to explore. Their main nature trail boardwalk was down for renovations, seems this place needs some more love.
Would recommend this place and the camping!
