Great experience. Our campsite was close to the bathroom and showers and they were opened 24/7. Very clean and organized. The only thing we didn't like much is that the campsite is too small for two tents and 2 cars. Keep un mind that if you want to go for the kayak option, it is a 4 -5 hours of paddling!

The campground was real nice, always clean, showers we always clean with plenty of hot water. The paddle trail needs more attention. One tree in particular needs removal, extremely hard to get under. My forth trip down to takeout this year. Hope some improvements are done before I return in the spring.

What a great campground, especially the Sandpine section, which has large, private sites. Showers and restrooms are clean. The great boardwalk along the Juniper run , as well as the kayak rental and shuttle, were all inaccessible, which was very disappointing. Covid restrictions, I suppose. The Florida Trail runs through the campground, so long walks are always enjoyable.

I've been coming to this campground annually for over 25 years. The bathrooms are kept clean and the water is hot. Juniper Springs needs some help. Several pavilion style outdoor buildings are in a state of disrepair and have been for some time. One of the best features of this campground has been the boardwalk. This is currently shut down due to broken planks and collapsed sections. Its an embarrassment that a federally funded facility looks like this. They recently changed the rules from being able to have 3 tents to only 2 tents. Why is it OK to have 5 people in one tent but not 3 people in 3 tents? I heard a BS reason about protecting the microbes in the dirt. Give me a break. Its just a money grab. Hopefully they'll use it to fix the boardwalk.

Great campground staff was very friendly. Disappointed that dogs weren’t able to go near the springs.

This was a nice, clean campground: fire pits swept, sticks, leaves, trash cleaned from the sites, and the vegetation trimmed along the roads. The "bath house" was clean, the hot water was hot, and the water taps near the campsites were clean and worked. The employees were polite and helpful. During the day on the weekend, there was a lot of crowd noise from the spring pool, but none during the work week. There was a constant drone of traffic from the highway, night and day. No problem for my family, but if you expect the "pristine silence of wilderness", you wont get it at this place.
I really like the Juniper Springs campsite, and I intend to camp here again.
