We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Juniper Springs. We started with a little quick tour of the mill and the tribute plaques to the men of the CCC who built this place. We enjoyed swimming in the spring, but we especially enjoyed paddling Juniper Run! What a gorgeous paddle this is. We loved every minute of it. Having the rental there at the campground made the paddle easy and convenient. They pick up up hourly on the hour. They sestimated it would take us 4 hours but we took 4.5 and got a ride back later. If you like to go slowly and take a lot of photos you may want to consider estimating 5 hours. I loved hiking the Florida trail too which has an access point near the entrance of the campground. The staff was SUPER helpful and friendly. The campground was clean and quiet. There is a a lot of vegetation between sites so you have a lot of privacy. We would have stayed longer but couldnt get more days of reservation! We highly recommend Juniper Springs. Wed come back here in a heartbeat.

Loved the campsite, it didn't feel cramped. Everything was clean. Wish the boardwalks were fixed to explore those mini hikes but we did do kayaking and it was soooo nice. Def not a beginners run. Also everyone we encountered who worked there was really nice.

There needs to be more information about the springs tour. Like no inflatable's are aloud. We brought 4 and couldn't use them. The rental department was also closed so we had to leave and go to Silver Springs. Also did not see anything stating NO golf carts. We bring our cart to all camp sites. Sites are well maintained and clean.

Great campsite choices. Clean bathrooms for the most part. The staff worked hard to keep the bathrooms clean despite rude guests who did not do their part. Showers were cold but didn’t really expect hot showers. No drinkable water but there is water for boiling and washing dishes. We really wished the kayak rentals would have been open for our trip because the water looked amazing at the run but only people who had their own kayaks were allowed in. They sell firewood and ice at the check in station which is awesome. We really loved camping here and would come back again and again. There are also many springs in the area beside this one to check out which is a huge bonus. Silver springs was amazing and the kayaking there was great and is near by. Next time planning on checking out Junipers springs hiking trails abs fishing spots.

We stayed at site 54 and loved our camp experience! The facilities were very clean, the women’s restroom hand dryer was a bit unreliable, might want to bring a hand towel. Camps were well spaced and had good privacy. We will be back to camp again when the boardwalk renewal is complete!
