We always love Juniper Springs, but were very disappointed in the lack of maintenance. The boardwalk has been closed for years and the RV dump station was closed all weekend.

Disappointed that the boardwalks and Fern Hammock remain closed. The restoration and repair needs to be a priority. The pool closes too early for campers. We love camping at Juniper Springs due the proximity of the springs to the campsites. It's a beautiful recreation center and could be even better with improvements.

This was sour group's (TFCO) 36th consecutive year camping at Juniper Springs. Each year the managers and staff make us feel welcome, from Brian on the maintenance end to Denise in the gate house they are always happy to see us.

We love this park. It has incredible foliage. The springs are beautiful. Campsites are close to bathroom.

Beautiful natural springs. Very helpful and friendly staff! However, very sad about the state of the trails along the beautiful spring. We were unable to enjoy it's spectacular beauty of the spring because the boardwalk was in disrepair. We were told there is no $$$ to fix it, so people are not permitted to use it.

Clean and pretty grounds. The spring is gorgeous. We kayaked down the creek which was fun. Due to Covid restrictions, there was no rentals or shuttle. This was made clear on the webpage but it didnt say that inflatables were not allowed. Thanks to a friendly park ranger, she lent us her personal kayaks. Trip saved.

Always enjoy camping here. My disappointments this trip were that the concession was still not open and the walkway along Juniper creek has not been repaired and opened Also believe bathrooms were not cleaned daily

The staff, Mary in particular, took better care of us than we've received in some four star hotels. We nick-named her "Mumsy" as she looked after our every need and offered excellent advice on area activities and sights both within and beyond the campground. We plan to return to Juniper Springs every year from hereon in. And, yes, it is beautiful although the water is a bit chilly feeling closer to 68 than 72 degrees to to heavy shading.

My favorite campground have come here once or twice a year since 1980. This recent trip was cold at start and gradually warmed up before leaving. Disappointed that concession was closed and unable to rent canoes and nature trail was closed also. I do have reservations for late April and looking forward to do some kayaking on the Juniper run.

I have visited Juniper Springs Rec many times and was impressed with every aspect of the park until now. I understand that a new management company has taken over and the result is terrible. You can no longer rent kayaks or canoes, the company store is not open, the shuttle service is not working (possibly because of COVID), the hiking trails are blocked off, and the Juniper Creek run has not been maintained. I would not plan to visit again anytime soon. I will say that the rangers manning the gate area were very pleasant and helpful.

This year was our 32nd annual T.F.C.O. ( Tschudi Family Thanksgiving Camp Out) at Juniper Springs camp ground and once again they didn't fail to please. Rich and Wendy are great hosts of the park. Denise at the gate is always so friendly and accommodating. Jodi, John and Brian always had a smile and a wave every time the drove by on the golf carts. All of you make our week in the woods very special every year and we thank you!Merry Christmas, and we'll see you next year!

Camped at family campground Tropic loop. Swimming in December was great at the pool. One negative was our neighbor in an RV had a generator going after quiet hour (11pm) and had to call security to visit him. Then it turned out he was given an exception because he had a CPAP machine for "medical" reasons. This was not disclosed to me when I checked-in and ruined my sleep the first night.

The managers (Rich & Wendy) run a tight ship. The park is beautifully kept and the staff, beginning at the gate (Denise) to the groundskeepers and security are very friendly. Our group is a fairly large one and they are always so accommodating. We always look forward to our yearly T-Day week (31 years) in the woods with these folks!
