There are 3 bedrooms. Downstairs bedroom has a full bed. One bedroom upstairs has a full and twin bed. The other bedroom upstairs has 3 twin beds. The kitchen had lots of pots and pans and utensils and the fridge was larger than expected. Lighting is poor, so bringing your own/extra is recommended. Overall, a great, private location. Don't miss the huckleberries across the street.

Nice big place. Lots of beds, blankets and pillows. Tons of kitchen supplies, but bring potholder and food of course. Busy road and rest stop. Similar to Fish Lake Remount cabin. Inconvenient to get the key from Clackamas Lake camp host if arriving from a long drive, but she was there.

I've booked this beautiful location multiple times in the past, but this was the first post-covid visit and things have both changed and not changed. It's a wonderful location, a mile hike from the headwaters of the Clackamas, and a mile hike from Timothy Lake via PCT in the other direction. Wonderful place to play games inside and out or just hang out and relax and enjoy the scenery. Rudimentary kitchen with loads of space (but the fridge is tiny!) and fully functional bathroom make it a great glamping experience. They used to provide all the firewood you needed, but now it is limited to 2 bundles - when I arrived those 2 bundles were suspiciously small, and I wasn't aware that we were supposed to get 2 bundles every night of our stay because the next 2 bundles that appeared were the last night we were there. That was a bit of a struggle. Electricity is now on 24/7 (it used to be limited) but the bulbs are DIM, so bring extra lighting if you need to see anything beyond mood lighting at night. Yes, it is by the highway, but cars are so rare it doesn't even matter. We watched a horse gallop by from the nearby horse camp.Love this place, a great place for core memory making.

Sweet location, with meadow views, trees, hiking and lots of local activities plus horseshoes and lots of chill space at the cabin and huckleberries just across the street. The provided firewood was welcome (we hit the only cold, rainy weekend in August). The wood stove really heats the place up. While there are lamps and outlets, power was very weak and the dim, 20W bulbs didn't help. Maybe bring a 40W is you want to read or cook without your own lantern (that's if system can handle it). Bring your own battery lighting just in case. Warm water intermittent but found ops for quick shower and doing some dishes. Camp hosts delightful. Suggest making the location for key box more obvious or tell folks when they register. The critters in the walls ran all night long. Not intrusive to living area but made noise right behind the heads of beds. Thanks for the fridge and working stove.

Awesome rustic cabin. Lighting was a little bit dim and there was not enough hot water for 4 showers but its a cabin!
