Water wasn't really available, the hand pump said potable but was very orange in color. Sites were nice, but the price point seemed high in comparison to other sites we stayed at on the same trip (Cougar Creek Mt Ranier was $20). Substantial highway noise was a surprise. Finding camping options near Seattle seems tough.

The campground is nice. The road going to the campground is rough so take your time. Lots of highway noise throughout the campground so if you are looking for quiet go somewhere else. We were warned of thieves when we arrived but did not have any issues.

It was clean, we had an enjoyable time. Yes, you can hear the traffic but it didnt bother us. There are also bear proof food cabinets at each site which was nice surprise.Plenty of access to the river, couple of nice places to dip your feet in to cool off. Multiple trails close by to drive to and was able to easily get more ice. The current host does have firewood bundles for $8 each cash/cheque.

No way to change your reservation from your smart Phone if unexpected plans change. Not funney... the campground we stayed at had less than 5 % of the sites filled. because the weather took a nasty turn for the worst. Not funney when you have a 5 day stay planned with an at risk person.

I would never stay here again let alone pay to stay there. The road to the campground was full of huge potholes! We had to creep along slowly and try to dodge the worst ones. The road noise is bad if you’re in the back. The trash cans were overflowing with garbage. There was no access to the river. Would avoid this campground!

I'll start by saying how bad the road was getting to the campground. Right when you get off of I-90, the road had so many deep, deep pot wholes that it was impossible to dodge them. The campsite showed pictures of easy access to the river but that was the other side of the river. The side of the campground wasn't easy. You had to climb down and back up again to get to the river. The trailhead at the campground wasn't much of a trial. The trail is only 11 ft long. Plus, all trail apps didn't list that as a trail. I had questions to ask the host, but I was told the host had been gone for a week and the substitute host couldn't answer any of my questions about the campground. I was very disappointed in the place.

Such a perfect place to camp with a family

We really enjoyed our stay. The site was clean, spacious and right off the water. Site 17 looked like a fairy wonderland, and had so much room for us which was super. Getting to the water was a challenge but we watched other families enjoy the still spots in the river. The sound of the water helped wash out the sound of traffic.
Not enough cell provider options for one of the questions. We have prepaid phones, I tried out mine from straight talk and was able to check texts and social media.
Took one start away because of the restroom... which is a restroom sized outhouse. Walking into the restroom you feel the floor bowing because its plastic. That along with the smell was really unsettling for me.
