Very large site, but also very spread out and a steep hike on an unimproved path to get to tent pad. The entire site is kind of downward sloped, and very spread out. The vehicle pad, fire ring and picnic table are all close to each other at the top of the campsite. However, down a steep hill, with no steps only tree roots, is where the tent pad is located. If you are looking for seclusion for your tent setup, you will get it with this site, but you are nowhere near your fire pit or where you will cook. This also makes setting up camp and taking it down quite a bit of a workout, considering that the heaviest parts of your camp are going to have to be pulled out of your vehicle and taken downhill a distance and set up and then all done in reverse when you get ready to leave. A great campsite if you want seclusion, but not so great if you want all of you camping gear and your sleeping space all close together and nearby.
