Campground was easy to navigate. Large campsites along river with a lot of room. Close to Mount Rainier Sunrise Point.

Great campground. Beautiful and quiet. Sites along the river are best

That was the best campground we stayed in WA

The Dalles is a very nice campground if you have a riverside site. we had site 41 and we loved it. We could hear the river and sometimes the highway from our site. The highway is heard at all times on the highway sites. We had spotty service here (Verizon)
The camp host Mackie and The campground is very nice and quiet. We loved it and will be back! This place is underrated!!

Gorgeous sites along the river; just a little road noise if on the loop near the highway. Hiked to the falls from the campground, which was about 6 miles round-trip. If you hike, make sure to look up through the trees as this is a cascade along the rocks. Vault toilets were well-stocked with paper and there wer plenty of water spigots throughout the campground.

First time camping here after many years camping inside MRNP. I will definitely be back. Great camp hosts; very nice, helpful and attentive. Restrooms were very clean, well stocked and not buggy. Sites are on the large side and well shaded. Day use site has a gentle interpretive loop with access to the river. Noise from SR 410 can be heard at times. Coming from eastern WA, this is a great base camp to access the trails and less visited north west Carbon River area of Mt. Rainier. Gas and food are nearby in Greenwater.
