This is a beautiful campground at the confluence of Troublesome Creek and the North Fork of the Skykomish River. The water is crystal clear and turquoise blue. The campsites are well maintained and the camp host was very nice and helpful.

This campsite was great! We really like campsites like this off the grid to relax and this was beautiful and calm. There are a few thing, that might help you prepare for this campground. 1) There are mice and they get into the cars despite doors being closed, so keep all the dry foods and toilet paper (apparently they eats that too) in a mouse proof container. 2) River side is just lots of rocks, so if your going with kids, prepare yourself that it may not be as relaxing by the river with all the climbing. 3) The names and dates on the campsites did not match the actual bookings. Our name was also on a campground, we didn't book and other guests arrived to see their spot with a different name.

Nice level sites close to the river. The water flow is excellent white noise in the background to sleep to. There is no water to drink here that we could find, so bring drinking and cooking water. The biffies were very clean and well-stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful, even though we came in late at night due to a road reroute (construction) we did not know about originally. We would definitely go back!

Great campsite with easy access down to the river and a pleasant place to enjoy the views and the sunset. The toilets were exceptionally clean. Be sure to bring water, or a filter to get it from the river, because there is none available at the campground. Made for a great starting point to get an early start at the Blanca Lake and the Evergreen Mountain Lookout trailheads. Both were great hikes (although the bugs were pretty bad). I'd camp here again!

great setting, immediately adjacent to river and not crowded, but west portion of troublesome creek has campsites that are pretty close together without vegetation screening. the east portion is preferred, though both are nice and worth a stay.
