Very small private campsite with ample space between sites and ambient noise of the creek. You can buy firewood from camp host at nearby campground. Pit toilet was very clean. Had a great time here!

Boulder Creek was an easy to find camp ground with a great view of the river. We stayed here in September so there was not much water but you could still hear the flow which was a great feature to fall asleep to.We van camped and a few of the spots looked slightly tilted to a side but site 008 was perfectly flat for our 17" Van. We explored the other camp sites since we had the whole camp ground to ourselves and 009 also had a beautiful camping site a short walk from the parking spot. The campground has one well kept one way road with a wash closet and bearproof trash barrel as well as a a dumpster for larger trash down past the camp sites

Our camp host, Joshua, was absolutely awesome and very helpful... Even went the extra mile to make sure my grill was returned when I left it on accident... Me and the wife loved the whole area, and definitely recommend to anyone with so many areas and trails to explore, overall an amazing experience and we would definitely recommend

A beautiful little campground right next to Boulder Creek. Some sites had creek access. Although it is close to the road, traffic noise was not an issue for me. Luckily the mosquitoes weren’t too bad. It was also nice to see a county sheriff drive through the campground. I’m not sure how often this is done and I’m guessing they drive through all the campgrounds. I would definitely come back.

Great little campground (9 individual sites, 1 group site that is set apart). There is no camp host, but the bathroom was cleaned twice a day and was spotless. Most spots seem to have good privacy between. Sites 8, 9, and 10 have a little bit of a walk in from where you park. You can get $5 firewood at the intersection of the highway and Mt. Baker road. The Birdsview Brewery that you pass just before the Mt. Baker road turnoff has excellent beer to pick up, as well :)

This for the most part is a mellow, quiet, private campground with only 10 regular pay sites. It is wooded and site 5 where we stayed looked closest to the river. Now the river has moved and this is a 'riverbed' site not a river site! A lovely 5 minute walk to the entry and a right turn to the bridge quickly takes you to a magnificent view of Mt. Baker any time of the day that is great for photos or just enjoying. It is a short 'hop' to Panorama point a mile away. To get water recommend going to the Electric Company free campground just south of Shadow of the Sentinels trail take the first cross street to your left and it is down the road a couple miles on your left. Wood is available there as well or at the juncture from HiWay 20 East and Baker Lake Road on your right.
On Friday night there were four cars at a campsiite closest to the Hiway and people there were loudly partying and drinking until 2 AM disturbing the peace. I don't know if this is a 'free' campsite or what but I wished there were a ranger at this site to tell those persons to keep it down after 10pm.

Campsite itself was great. The creek is fairly noisy, at least in late June when snow melting is probably most intense. I generally like the sound of a creek, but this one was pretty loud, like we had to raise our voices to talk to each other in the campsite. We hiked Baker Lake trail, and that was very pleasant. It includes some Baker Lake access if you hike down to Anderson Point.

Loved this quiet, idyllic campground! The creek is really more of a river, and the loud rushing sound makes perfect white noise for sleeping :-) However, most campsites (except #9 and maybe #8, which are both walk-ins) were 4-8 feet above the creek/river, so there wasn't easy access (though our site had a short climbable cliff down to the river that my 6yo loved climbing up and down once he got the hang of it). Fortunately, between the highway and the campground road is a tiny offshoot creek, which dried out about halfway through the campground. It's shallow, slow moving, and picturesque, and my 3yo loved exploring along it. Our campsite felt totally private, and we never heard other campers even though other sites were occupied. Bring your own toilet paper, though! There was none in the bathrooms, even though they were maintained/cleaned while we were there. You can buy firewood at the nearby Horseshoe Cove campground.
