Campsite and campground are clean and well maintained. River is beautiful as always. Unfortunately this year there was bridge maintenance going on that made the daytime nearly unbearable. It is from 7am to nearly 7pm of constant deafening noise of pressure washing and sand blasting the bridge. It was very hard to just talk to someone sitting a few feet away. Camp host was very friendly and very helpful. Look forward to visiting next year and giving it 5 stars as long as there is no more construction.

This was a great site, right next to the water, but not the campsite everyone has to go through to get to the water. That was the next one over. The red bridge was in many of my picture backgrounds from the campsite.

Some previous camper debris left in site next to us which we consolidated so as to improve the view of the bridge from our site. Pit toilets were clean and non-smelly.

I stayed only briefly, arriving late one evening and leaving early the next morning. The campground was conveniently located. The volume of music coming from a nearby campsite was a bit loud for my taste, mainly because I don't particularly care for hard rock. The music stopped around the time I needed to go to sleep, so no harm done. If I recall correctly, no running water was available, but I knew that in advance and brought my own water. During the night it was quiet and very pleasant. The tent site was very smooth gravel and very level. It has been nearly five months since my visit, so I don't remember for sure whether there was Verizon cell phone coverage, but I don't think so.
