Great campground, great vibes, very scenic, lots of cool stuff to do (hiking trails etc), toilets well maintained with good-sized sites and friendly rangers.
Only gripe is we only stayed one night, got in late and left early-ish (~9am) so we didn’t get to go to the visitor centre which looked very interesting :( unfortunately we were road tripping from Seattle to Los Angeles and we had a schedule to keep.

nicely wooded, lots of shade, decent campsite space, but tent area not level. Excellent firepit. Solution for dumping dishwater in toilets totally impractical. Beautiful river with swimming possibility if you can stand cold water.

Camp is wonderful. Well kept/maintained/serviced. Fire ban in place was a bummer but needed and well-understood. Loop A facilities are older and had no showers but a few dunks in the very cold river made up for it (well worth it!). Stay next to the river if you can!

We took the hot springs loop trail with our handicapped son using a three wheel mobility stroller. The loop was very challenging, with steep portions, roots and steps. I would not consider this an ADA trail. The camping area was well maintained, clean and very scenic.

Such a lovely campground! There are a few really nice trails around the campground as well.
