This campground is beautiful and it's nice to have the visitor center, access to hikes and the river right there. The bathrooms are outdated and overused probably, but it really didn't matter since we loved the rest of the campground so much. We loved walking down to the river and playing in the water or just sitting and listening to the sound of it.

great campground. Spot was uneven so we needed to do some adjustments. There was plastic at the fire ring. We cleaned that.

C1 is a bit smaller than the other campsites in C loop, but we had no problem setting up three tents there. I had a nice three-mile run around all the loops and really enjoyed hiking on the silver falls trail. The campsite is close to the river, which is a bonus, and it gets good sun exposure.

We really enjoyed our lakeside spacious campground at Ohanapecosh. We had ample shade and a nice walking area throughout the campground. The ranger station nearby provided ample information and a nice walking path behind it to a hot water spring. The restrooms were clean and easy to access. Water was clean and potable at this and all of the national Park campgrounds we visited this trip. We enjoyed going to nearby Paradise Lodge to hike Skyline Hike on Mount Rainier with great views of the mountains and lots of nature.
