This is an amazing campsite.. our site #8 had the best view of the lake. The campground was very quiet, and sites are spread out plus very clean.

The rv site was beautiful but unfortunately the campground had issues! First we were approached by the rudest camp host with a clipboard, he was very unwelcoming!! With not so much as a hello, hes telling me the car needed to be moved or would be towed. My sister & her husband were staying across the street in a nearby cabin, they came by to greet us on arrival. He proceeds to tell them they needed to pay a day pass fee if they didnt leave! He continued to spout off all the rules, giving direct suggestions on what we needed to do, mind you all this happened in a matter of minutes as we tried to set up the rv in summer heat!! We have never had such a rude greeting in all our travels!! We found out after arriving & paying about the ridiculous NO golf cart rule, that was a deal breaker. Theyre the only property in the entire city of Branson to ban the use of golf carts. The fact its a government run property may be their biggest problem.

Nice park. Very shaded in many locations. Nice view of the water from our site. Asphalt pads. Will definitely look at availability for our next visit to the area.

Campsites and campground is peaceful. The RV dumpstation was on so much of a down slope that made it impossible to drain even half of the holding tanks. Had to take to another place to empty tanks. I would have rated 4 stars if the dump station was set up more adequately.

Clean, pretty, neat area with the marina and a little store right next to the campground. Our kids said it’s their favorite campground ever. Wish the bathrooms were a little more updated but we loved it.

Very nice campground. Hosts were nice and helpful. Not all sites have water and more sewer hook ups would be great. Plan to go there more often next year, hopefully!!
