We camped here after a hard freeze in mid-November. Although the website says this camp is open year round, you should be prepared to walk a bit to showers; there is not water at any RV sites (yet the price will be the same/night); the dump station is available, but no water there, either. You can dump, but not rinse hoses, etc. There appeared to be a water tap at the shower block, but we did not test it. ALL of this information should be listed on the website - to say something is "seasonal", you should also include specific DATES when amenities are turned off. The camp was desolate - only 1 other there in Loop 6 - so it was super quiet. The camp is accessible to other parks up the route north (for hiking) - note there are NO maps whatsoever posted w/ hiking trails. There was a paper map distribution board at Current River State Park (a closed park - no camping allowed), at the top of the hill before you descend. The Ozark Trail system holds promise for those who have maps - these are decently posted w/ coloured markers, but you do need a map, imo. Absolutely NO cellular service. Saw then Northern Lights, and the dark skies allowed great star gazing! We spent 2 nights there. Worth a journey in summer/seasonal for water + paddling access; otherwise, treat this as just a stop-over if yer traveling any other time of the year or for pure camping.

The pad was full of mud. We had to try and spray it off to be able to walk without slipping and falling. The fire pit was full of old wood and trash. Never saw that they were cleaned out. Grass was very tall.

We really enjoy this park and the hosts were so nice and helpful.

It was very nice and clean. The bathrooms were very clean which is always appreciated. Having water hook up was fantastic. We floated from Pulltite to Round Spring and had a great time. Love the area. The people that were also camping there were all very nice. It was a very good experience.

We were there with a group from Bluff City Canoe Club (Memphis). The weather was perfect, the rivers had plenty of water for paddling and we had a great time!

Clean, quiet area that we stayed in for four days. Bathrooms were clean and easy accessible. Easy access in and out of the campgrounds. Loved the bluff that we could swim and jump off the cliff. We will definitely use the campground again.

We stayed there over memorial day weekend. The kids really enjoyed the ranger program but they wished they had a playground to play in. We had a pretty big group with us and had plenty of room to play in the common area (we stayed in the 600 loop). It would have been nice if the spots were full hookup but we did fine all weekend without them. Also, we didn't see a park host the whole time we were there and the grass could have been mowed a bit more. The dump station was weird because it allowed for two vehicles to be in the space at one time as long as they were facing opposite directions however there was only one sewer hook up so really two individual vehicles could not dump at the same time. Not related to the park, but if you are interested in floating on the river we rented from Harvey's which is right across the street and they did a great job!
