Quiet hours were not respected. No one was really there to assist with complaints. We cut our trip short because we were unable to get rest due to lots of campers being loud and running in and out of restrooms. Little kids were just walking in on people in the bathroom on purpose and bigger kids forcing little kids in the bathrooms and slamming the doors constantly. This went on from 10pm to 8am. The kids were also bouncing a soccer ball off the walls. I had to get a refund from my bank because no one reached back out from recreation.gov to handle my complaint or refund. I guess they do not have a facilities manager either, even at the dock store they dont have anything to do with the campsites. Definitely the worst camping experience Ive had. We couldn't deal with another night after the same stuff started happening again the next night. We decided it would be better to just drive back to St. Louis so we could get a little rest before returning to our work week. I do not recommend Eagle Rock one bit. We missed out on quality time with my family this summer. So never again and thanks for asking....

First of all I'm thinking due to Federal hiring freeze there was no camp host. No ranger either. Nobody to check in with. Could have stayed all weekend free since nobody around to check. When I got to site I sat at the picnic table for a few minutes then I noticed it was covered those red little seed ticks. I mean like 100,s. So couldn't use table at all. Camp.site was ok but not very level for a tent. Didn't catch any fish off the bank. But we tried. We overcame things and still managed to have a nice weekend.

Great campsite close to the marina. Clean restroom. Reasonable price.

Eagle Rock was a very pleasant 5 day stay for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our site was just above the marina on the lake. Very quiet during the week, very busy to watch all the boats and such on the weekend. The restroom facility was top notch, paving and roads were excellent. Our 50amp power worked flawlessly, water was available from the spigot some 40 feet away. Our Dish Satellite and ATT data and cell worked well.

The highlight was driving a few miles to see the Raging River fish hatchery. Very interesting, a must see.

Upon leaving we used the dump-station. Our 40-foot motorhome towing a jeep had no problem navigating the semi-circle drive. Thanks.
