Called got our reservation, when we pulled in Camp manager showed us where to go, everything was perfect except no wi-Fi

Beautiful COE campground. Campground host is very nice and helpful. Water Valley is nearby for any items needed while camping and several eating places. Not far from Oxford for ballgame weekends.

Water Valley Landing site 13
This is our first time here and I’m blown away by many things.
-Camp Hosts are absolutely amazing. They have checked on us multiple times and made sure we were doing good. I’ve also seen them do that to everyone here. Amazing.
-Very Clean & Fresh Cut Grass
- No litter the grounds are very well kept and loved
-Full Hook ups
- Nice Playground that not only has a big play place but also has a nice swing set for two. My girls absolutely love it!
-The Views are amazing to say the least. And this is for more than 1/2 of the sites. You can get a nice water front spot from MULTIPLE sites. There are only a handful that you can’t see the water well from (and those have wonderful shade)
- Family Friendly / Peaceful / Quaint / Relaxing
-Everything is quiet during quiet hours
If you haven’t been to this campground and love all the things I listed above , put water valley landing on your list for the summer/fall!

Pros: The hosts of the campground were so fabulous and helpful. The campers were so nice and would lend you anything. The scene is so nice and the area is nice, smaller clean campground. Cons: outsiders (kids) come into the boat ramp close to the campground and play very loud music along with revving engines and squeeling wheels from about 1am-430am each night. They also come and use the campground bathrooms since the boat ramp ones are closed due to them trashing them and now trash the camground bathrooms and are very loud. We ended up yelling them out the campground and a few minutes later as they drive back to boat ramp area they shot off 5 gun shots, clearly because of us running them off and being fed up with 2 nights of this. We then had to stay up until around 5am sitting outside our tent as they continuously drove through just to make sure they didnt bother our vehicles after we ran them off.. Called cops 2 times and only saw them ride through once a whole hour after we called about the danger of gun shots. Also told the ranger the next morning and he said he knew of thw problem but apparently hasnt gotten a solution as he said its BEEN happening. Sad becaise we would love to go back.

Great cellular service with CSpire. Great location for bathrooms/showers but we used our own, in the camper. Pull-through made for easy parking and full hook ups including sewer. The negative is a lot of small trees blocked the lake view and there was no good access to the water unless you go to the boat ramp.
