Really enjoy Wallace creek, little less busy than persimmon hill. Only draw back is the ground isnt leveled up to some of the pads, the drop off is worrisome for my parents. Other than that we have had no complaints our two stays and already booked our third, its quite and host is very helpful and friendly.

Very nice campground. Park ranger and maintenance personnel always driving through and eager to answer any question or fix a problem. Site 81 does need some landscaping help due to erosion..

I always like COE campgrounds, and Wallace Creek is no different. Roomy sites, Great Lake views and clean. We stop there for a couple of days on our way to Florida. Great place!

We have never had this problem before but the electrical box kept tripping out. It happened several times. We have stayed in this loop on every site and never had a problem.

Wallace Creek was absolutely awesome! The place is beautiful, peaceful, and the atmosphere made it such a great experience. Everything was clean and well-kept, and it really exceeded expectations. It has quickly become one of our favorites, and we highly recommend visiting Wallace Creek if youre looking for a relaxing spot to enjoy nature and have a great time.

The grass is a little long in some areas - seems the use of contractors has dropped off and they don't mow as often as they used to.

First time I have stayed at this campground, but definitely won't be my last. We reserved site 24 for 9 days. The campground is in excellent condition. The camp hosts were extremely nice. The sites are large and nicely spaced. Most of the lots at this campground are shaded for a large portion of the day. We had a terrific lake view where we could walk down the hill and watch sunrises and sunsets. The bathhouse that was closest to our site was very clean and air conditioned. Very nice showers. There is a little country store just up the road that sells basic camping supplies, fishing supplies and bait, etc. Batesville, MS is only 10 miles away with lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. Can't wait to go back this fall since I love sitting around a fire.

Spot 41 was not exactly level. View was better than average. Nearby bench on ridge point was perfect place to relax.

Wallace creek at Lake Enid i. Pope MS. is an amazing campground. set up so you have plenty of room and space. We have been going there for years. It's easy in and out. they have full hook ups, not sure if all of them have full, every time we camp there is been full hook ups.

Camping at Wallace Creek is great. Campsites from 32 down to 43 used to be the best before camp host talked the corps into installing a playground. Now the kids run thru campsites and scream at playground, while parents are no where to be seen. This past weekend the playground was a trash yard. Toys everywhere, on playground and around the grass area. Looked like a junk yard. Something has to be done. Rangers arent doing their jobs policing the playground, children, and parents.

We enjoyed our 9- day visit to what I think is the best camping spot in Wallace creek. We enjoyed all the flags and patriotism displayed throughout the park for Independence Day and had an enjoyable chat with one of the camp hosts. Site 28 ( pull thru) is awesome.

We have been there several times and have enjoyed it . This trip we tried fishing and no luck at all. That was the only down fall to the trip.

Great park, campground host are friendly and helpful. Grass needed to be mowed but I know that we have had a lot of rain. Always enjoy camping here.

Use this campsite for our half way overnight stop when traveling. Always like it here. Very beautiful and well cared for. Eventually want to spend more than just one night here and enjoy the lake

Our original site was 70. We arrived around 4 pm to find that the 30 amp breaker was broken. When we reported to camp host we were told no one would repair it until the next morning...in 90 degree weather. Also, this was something that if checked between reservations could have been repaired ahead of time. With 3 dogs and 2 grandchildren we had to change sites and that was more of an issue than it should have been. We are now equipped with an adapter to use the 50 amp breaker if needed.

What a lovely campground. And lovely people that host. I ate much meat and dined on many marshmallows. I enjoyed much jet ski on the lake. The shower was hot and had great pressure, although it smelled like an old man's posterior.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
