We were there in January so it was not crowded. It was cold and quite and peaceful, and also well maintained.We will be back.

We checked in on Dec. 31, and stayed to Jan. 5, so it was not crowded at all. Everything was good and we enjoyed our stay. I'm sure we will be back.

Beautiful view, clean sites. Have enjoyed this park in the past. This year, not as much.
No toilet paper in the men’s restroom. The sewer at our site was very slow to drain and I thought it was not going to go down. Kids were riding their bikes and not looking where they were going and one ran into my truck. Parents not watching and the host was not around. Left a few days early and I could not get the Reservation.gov to cancel any of the remaining of the last several days.

Beautiful place! Campground was clean and well kept. Bathroom/showers were clean as well and air conditioned which was huge plus!! We could sit in our site and watch the deer grazing nearby and the geese nesting along the lakes edge. They had a beach area, playground area and plenty of places to ride bikes. We will definitely put it on our visit again list.

This is a very nice park.we love it! Beautiful! The park is laid out nicely, sites are paved and big! Bathrooms are nice, but no soap dispensers. We stay here whenever we come near it!

It was easy to get to camp ground just follow signs. The sites were level spaced out so your not hearing your neighbors tv full hook ups are a plus for me since our park only has water. Will be staying there on the way back home.

We loved it and plan to camp there more often. It is beautiful there and very well kept. We enjoyed being by the lake and seeing the deer and geese during our stay.

Nicest campground we have stay at in Mississippi. Site was right on the water. Very clean and well maintained.
Only negative and the reason I didn’t give 5 Stars is there was no hand soap in the restrooms. One would think and especially during these times of Covid that hand soap would be available in the restrooms.

Its a good place for camping. And site seeing I saw a lots of deer I counted 12 one evening walking down the walking trail in the woods.and it is well kept up and clean camping site but some of the fire rings were to far away from the camp site.

I love staying at Persimmon Hill. Its a beautiful campground and the atmosphere is so peaceful.Weve been camping here for years and will continue the tradition with our grandchildren.
