Beautiful little campground! Our 40 RV fit just fine. It is a little far from Moab but we did go to Natural Bridges. Fresh water and dump available at the Blanding Campground.

Good place to camp, quiet, clean vault toilet. Worked great as a base camp for Natural Bridges, Bears Ears, and Hovenweep National Monuments.

We were informed in advance that the water would be turned on Saturday, 5/13 so were prepared with extra water in our camper. The water was not turned on during our stay through 5/15. Although we had plenty, that meant that the vault toilets could not be cleaned without water. Opening the campground (possibly) weeks before the water was turned on meant disgusting toilets. Truly disgusting. The camp host apologized but sorry, that wasn't good enough. For health reasons, the campground should not open until the facilities can be maintained and that means water must be turned on. I will never again book a campground that does not have the water turned on.

We could not find the campground. Finally found the visitor center to get directions ( rangers were very nice) but still had trouble finding the campground. No clean signage, had to look for street sign. Park had water issues so no water. We get to our site (which we booked 6 months prior) and find the nearby vault toilets locked. They did put porta potty’s on the other end of the campground. Both were full to the top of the toilet seat. Supposedly the water issue was that morning don’t know how porta potty’s got full?
Made total experience not enjoyable. Beautiful location, too bad.

Beautiful campground surrounded by pinyon and juniper trees. All sites are paved, but some are on inclines. Campground hosts was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable.

Quiet, clean, campground. The campground is right off the highway but the noise is minimal. Concrete pad for first 15 sites. Nice spacing. Sites numbered greater than 15 are asphalt and a little smaller, but still nice. Close to Monticello which has a nice grocery store. We used the camp as a base for visiting Mesa Verde, Monument Valley, Canyonlands, Moab, and Arches. Lots of other historical sites close by, too. Vault toilets were very clean. Lots of trails close by for ATV’s and hiking.

The campsite and toilets were well maintained and clean. Plenty of space and tree cover between sites to give some privacy. Would stay here again.
