The campsite is better than what the pictures show. I was worried it would be narrow but theres lots of space. There are only food storage lockers in the group campsite so youll have to consider taking your own bear proof storage or leave food in the car. We didnt encounter any bears luckily, but we did see lots of deer around our site at night. The vault toilets were surprisingly the cleanest and best smelling Ive experienced. Bring your own TP as they dont refill it often throughout the day. It was easy to locate and youre surrounded by so many trees. I loved hearing the wind approaching because the trees will rustle. We had our privacy, but also encountered lots of friendly people here. Im honestly so surprised at how well kept the campground is.

Great campsite, very quiet, nicely spaced sites, we even had cell coverage.

Never saw camp host - toilets were not cleaned and ran out of toilet paper 3 days into our stay.
The camp itself was shaded and out spot was fairly level.

Beautiful small campground with adequate privacy. Clean bathrooms and water. It really doesn't feel like you are 6 miles out from the main town. Still close enough to Moab to enjoy Arches and other outdoor activities. We enjoyed walking around Lloyd Lake in the evening. I will absolutely stay here again!

Buckboard was awesome! The camp was super clean. The campsites were spaced out nicely. This was our base camp for Arches and Canyonlands. It was much cooler than camping in the Moab area. The drive was 50 mins to Arches and 1.5 hour drive to Canyonlands.
