We visited in late April. The campground wasn’t super busy, bathrooms were very clean, and the person running the camp was really nice. Gorgeous trees, lots of birds and flowers!

Everything was great except locked bathrooms were a problem. Apparently some of the doors lock themselves sometimes? Would be nice to have this fixed as we sometimes had to walk clear across the campground to find an open restroom.

My group of 6 stayed here 03/18-03/20. We had so much fun! The campground is so beautiful though it is good to note that there is NO RUNNING WATER at the campground! Definitely fill up on gas before heading up to the campground. The camp host was so kind and we ended up having a great time.

Spent 1 night here in August and there are definitely lots and lots of flies. They swarm your entire body but we brought a big mosquito net to sit inside and it helped a lot. Most sites had moderate tree covering for shade. Sites were clean, host was friendly, many trashcans throughout campgrounds, and no bear lockers although bears probably arent an issue since trash can lids could be easily opened. Vault toilets were decent, they honestly only stay as clean as the people who use them so they became dirtier as the day went on. Each site was moderately sized and spaced and we were not disturbed by noise or talking from other campsites. The 13-15 miles into the Campground was paved, windy, and single-laned. Overall if you live within a couple hours of this place, its worth a booking to get out of the city.
